The hotel is situated close to Karlaplan, in the heart of Ostermalm, the most fashionable part of Stockholm with its tree-lined boulevards, exclusive boutiques and cosy cafes. It is well located for walking to most of Stockholm's major attractions, such as Djurgarden, the Royal Castle and Stureplan, while the close proximity to Karlaplan metro station opens up limitless possibilities.
The rooms are small to medium in size as they are bound by the walls and floorplan of the old restored building. They are light and airy with parquette floors, persian carpets, exclusive Jensen beds and Versace textiles. The dominating colour theme is black and white but walls in other rich colours are used to accentuate the design in certain rooms. Overall there is a feel that the hotel is furnished and designed with a personal touch as remnants of the old style can be found preserved in things like cast iron pieces, floors and marble friezes.
