The hotel is centrally located in the heart of the main shopping area. The hotel actually backs onto the Drottningsgatan, the famous long shopping street.
The rooms are among some of the best in the category to be found in Stockholm. They are large in size and have been decorated to a good standard. Bathrooms are also in very good condition.
The main restaurant of the hotel is located in the large forum area in the centre of the hotel, this is a lovely area with a retractable roof which is opened during the summer time. Breakfast is served in this restaurant, and another restaurant is usually opened for large conference bookings. The hotel is owned by Rica hotels although the actually building is owned by the Salvation Army, therfore no alcohol is served.
It forms part of a large building, which seems to have been constructed as part of the shopping centre, it is modern in style. The actual reception area is medium in size and it is modern and functional. There is a seating area which looks out through large glass windows onto the street. Overall, the hotel is a very nice property with a fantastic location.
